Any bicycle should be an extension of the rider, not a machine with a seat and pedals that just happens to roll.

Even the most high-end bicycle in the world is useless if it doesn’t fit the rider and compliment their riding style and biomechanics.

Fit can be for comfort or performance, but is usually a combination of the two. Whether the rider’s goal is to win their age group or just avoid saddle sores, we can help.

We‘ve fit thousands of riders over the last 25 years, and we’re constantly learning, refining our techniques, and adopting the latest bike fitting technologies including Body Geometry’s 20 step physical assessment process to provide the best bike fit services to our customers.

We look at bike fitting as an art form, not a perfect science. It’s an ongoing process that really put’s the rider first so it’s a process that can take a few hours. Every rider is different and some require extra attention.

We even go out on a road test (if required) with you to make sure everything is just right. (Road test’s not available in winter, in the rain or at night for Safety reasons.)

Fit Services are charged by the hour ($95 per hour) and is guaranteed for 60 days as long as changes have not been made by personnel other than the fit technician’s at D’Ornellas. Average time depending on the complexity of fits is 1-2 hours.

Bicycles purchased from D’Ornellas Bike Shop receive a Free up to one hour bike fit included with the purchase of their bicycle. Charges for stem, handle bars, saddles will apply if not purchasing a custom built bicycle. Call and make an appointment today.
